The 4th of July Parade and Picnic are scheduled for Wednesday, July 4th, 2018. The Parade will start from the Clubhouse at 11:00 A.M. If you are participating in the parade, you should arrive at the clubhouse by 10:00A.M. Rain date is Thursday, July 5, 2018.
The annual picnic will begin right after the parade has finished. Please bring a side dish that is enough to feed the number of people you are bringing (i.e. if there are 8 people in your party, bring 8 servings to share). If your last name starts with A-K bring a desert, if it ends with L-Z, bring a side dish. Hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers and soda will be served.
We are asking members to volunteer. We will need help setting up the kitchen on Tuesday night, and on Wednesday, setting up, grilling, organizing the flow of incoming food in the kitchen and cleanup.
